A good wedding photographer doesn't simply take photographs.

They tell the story of the occasion through their ability to see and capture the smallest details and those special but fleeting moments. They turn the ordinary into the extraordinary by capturing images that bring back both emotions and memories forever.

The reality is you probably won't spend more time with any other wedding supplier on your wedding day than you will do with your wedding photographer. That is why it is important that you build a strong relationship and connect with them from the first time you meet them. It is also why I like to meet up for a pre-booking chat to give you the opportunity to see more of my work and discuss your wedding plans in more detail. At that time you will also have an opportunity to get to know me and decide if I’m the right photographer for you. This is also the perfect time for me to understand the vision you have for your day and the expectations you have from your wedding photographer and how we can mutually integrate the photography into your day.

I am a full time professional wedding photographer and my approach to capturing the once-in-a-lifetime moments during your wedding day is relaxed - helping to ensure that the whole photography experience for both you and your guests is as enjoyable as possible with the minimum of fuss.

I tell the story of your wedding using a natural documentary style, photographing the day as it unfolds from the bridal preparations right through to your first dance - capturing the real emotion and atmosphere of your wedding - providing you with images that are a true record of the day - allowing you to remember your wedding day exactly as it was. I aim to let proceedings flow with a minimum of set-up images although, quite naturally, there will be family and group images to record and these will be done smoothly and without fuss.

Couples photography... (Pre-Wedding - Engagement Shoots)

As part of my wedding packages I offer a 'pre-wedding shoot'/'engagement shoot' included in the cost. These sessions are a great way for us to continue building our relationship before your wedding day and gives you some contemporary, relaxed images of yourselves in addition to the wedding images. This session can be done during a venue visit or at another location that may have a special meaning to you. I also offer informal 'couples' sessions should you be looking for some relaxed images of yourselves to celebrate a special occasion, to use as gifts or cards, or simply to display at home.
