Iceland...

I spent last weekend in Iceland with one of my corporate clients accompanying a group of their guests on an incentive trip.

A couple of highlights of the trip were a visit to the Gullfoss waterfalls located in the southwest of Iceland (unfortunately I only had 15 minutes here) and hanging on to the back of a snowmobile with one hand whilst it was traveling at speeds of up to 30 miles an hour trying to photograph the guests on their snowmobiles!

Third time I've been to Iceland and I have to admit it's growing on me. A couple of images from the trip...click for a larger version.

Corporate photography...

Earlier this week I got a late call to cover a small conference for a corporate client down in London.

Part of the brief for this type of event normally includes capturing images of the speakers during presentations. Timing is essential with this type of photography if you want to flatter the speakers due to the fact that when you take pictures of people talking the results can look very unflattering if their mouths are open.

I particularly like the image below taken of the lady during her presentation as it not only is a flattering capture, but it also gives you an indication of her personality.
